NOTE: I changed the color of the thread and board highlights (the color the board or thread box changes when you move over it) from yellow to a bright blue. I did this because The old yellow highlight was the same color as the color of Unvisited links. I think it still fits our theme (I was thinking Neon lights of the downtown of something like Las Vegas, which is sort of like Poketopia. What other city would you find such extravagant decorations in?) so thats good.
